Mathieu Sabourin, President and founder

Mathieu SabourinMathieu Sabourin began his career at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in 1984, where for several years he was involved in the delivery of software solutions.

Over the following eight years, he filled various positions at Dun & Bradstreet Software as a Manager in Montreal and Toronto.

Mathieu’s entrepreneurial spirit was sparked in 1995 when he joined a consulting firm that was long known as Proximi-T. In the 1990s, this firm experienced consistent growth and was featured in Profit Magazine. Proximi-T was also recognized as one of the leaders in the delivery of CRM services by Gartner Group Canada in 2001.

Mathieu subsequently occupied the position of Vice-President of Software Solutions at Fjord, a business unit of the Cossette Communication Group (largest communication agency in Canada).

Since 1996, Mathieu has been implicated in over 60 CRM projects involving marketing, sales and customer service functions. This accumulated experience helps Mathieu when he is invited to speak on trends and issues relating to customer relationship management.

For a number of years now Mathieu has been an assistant professor instructing CRM at the CIREM-HEC, an international centre for management research and studies associated with the University of Montreal’s Management School (HEC).

Joe Maraschiello, PMP, Hon.BA, Services Delivery Manager

Joe Maraschiello Joe is a Services Delivery Manager at Client Spectrum. He is responsible for managing Client Spectrum activities in Toronto including the scoping and delivery of Unica projects.

He has been involved in more than 12 Unica projects in various industries including: Financial Services, High Technology, Retail, Travel & Leisure, Telecommunication and Loyalty Marketing.

Joe is a certified project manager (PMP) and holds a variety of technical certificates relating to Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management and Data Modeling (TDWI).

Joe was instrumental in the development of Client Spectrum’s EMM School, a training and a certification environment covering the fundamentals of Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) components.

Before joining Client Spectrum, Joe held positions at Accenture, CGI Group Inc. and Bell Canada (Database Marketing).

Nabil Taydi, M.Sc., Services Delivery Manager

Nabil Taydi Nabil is Services Delivery Manager with Client Spectrum. As such, he is involved with scoping and delivering Unica projects. He has been involved in more than 15 Unica projects over the last several years.

Nabil leads Client Spectrum activities in Europe.

Nabil brings more than 40 months of experience on various Unica solutions including Unica Campaign, Unica Campaign Optimize, Unica PredictiveInsight (Model) and Unica Marketing Operations (Plan).

Nabil was instrumental in the development of the Client Spectrum Migrator, a solution designed to facilitate the migration of the Unica Campaign Solution.

Nabil has a Masters Degree in Business Intelligence, a Masters Degree in e-Commerce and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Nabil has working experience in Europe, North and Central America, Africa and Asia.

Ajay Bhaga, Lead Architect and Client Spectrum Management Console Product Manager

Ajay Bhaga Ajay is responsible for managing the delivery of technical activities and software development practices at Client Spectrum. He has been involved in the delivery of over 18 Unica and Unica-related projects in Canada, the US, Europe, and Asia.

Ajay leads the development team for the Client Spectrum Management Console, a proactive performance monitoring tool for Unica Campaign. As a software developer, he has experience delivering custom software solutions integrating with Unica software.

Ajay has an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering. Prior to his work at Client Spectrum, Ajay held positions at IBM Canada and Toyota Canada.
